Casimiro Vargas co-founded CVFIRM alongside his late father, building the firm into one of the most trusted names in Costa Rica's Southern Pacific region. He earned his law degree from Universidad Autónoma de Centro América and has been a member of the Costa Rican Bar since 1985. Today, Casimiro specializes in real estate transactions and corporate, notarial, and registry law, bringing decades of experience to every matter he oversees. His deep knowledge of the region and his commitment to integrity continue to shape the firm's reputation and the way our team serves each client.

Nikole is an attorney and notary public who focuses on real estate closings and notarial matters at CVFIRM. She handles every step of the process, from preparing and executing notarial deeds to managing filings with government agencies and the National Registry, so our clients can close with confidence. Nikole works with clients in both English and Spanish and is known for her thoroughness and her ability to keep complex transactions on track.

Priscila brings a background in Business Administration and a genuine passion for helping others to her work at CVFIRM. Trained in-house by our attorneys, she works as a legal and administrative assistant, supporting our team and making sure clients' matters move forward smoothly. Priscila works with our English-speaking clients informed, keeping them clearly every step of the way. Clients appreciate her attention to detail and her willingness to go the extra mile.

Alisson is currently pursuing her law degree and works as a legal assistant in CVFIRM's Due Diligence and Corporate Law departments. Trained in-house by our attorneys, she helps them coordinate the payment of corporate and property taxes. Alisson works with our English-speaking clients, keeping them clearly informed every step of the way. Her legal studies, combined with hands-on experience at the firm, give her a solid understanding of the matters she handles for our clients.

Ingrid has been part of the CVFIRM family for more than 15 years. Over that time, she has grown with the firm, learning every aspect of how our office runs, and today she maintains and files our documents. Her years of hands-on experience mean she knows exactly where every file is and how to keep things organized, so our attorneys and staff can serve clients efficiently. Her dedication and loyalty are a big part of what makes our team work.
